If you are willing to make an online order then create an account, sign in and personalize the product if you choose to. 3) What are the delivery charges?
Within India, we are charging Rs. 50/- for delivery of each online gift order for individuals (retail order).
In case, if the bulk order delivery has to take place outside Raipur or outside India then delivery charges would be applicable as per the actual charges determined by the courier companies etc.
4) How to get a faster delivery?
If you want to get a faster delivery in case of emergency then get connected to our sales team. We would make a faster delivery happen for you for which extra charges would be applicable. The charges would be as per express delivery charges.

No, the raw material used would be ours only.
8) How much text can I get filled on a product?
The extent of text that can be printed on the products depends on the product type with the font style and size that you choose. It is important to keep in mind that the text should be in the available printable area on the website so that it enables a good view of the product after the printing is complete.
9) How to get my product personalized?
To get a product personalized firstly select the product of your choice. Click on the option of ‘customize it’. Then select from our available patterns of designs if you wish to. Once your customization is complete add the product to your cart and then proceed to checkout.
10) How long does it take to deliver my order?
Standard Delivery time is 7-10 working days, this includes the production time and courier shipment time. It can vary depending on your location.

Tracking details will be emailed, and the delivery status can be checked on courier company’s website.
11) Can you provide some creative idea for my product?
Certainly, our creative team can assist you in the following way: - Our team can suggest you with the File Type of your artwork. - The team can also suggest the design as per your event or the purpose verbally. - You can also be guided with the type of printing to opt for. - But to bring to your notice that if you opt to see a sample of the design on your product or otherwise then you would be charged accordingly. As samples are chargeable.
